Anyone see the guy in the truck yell "ROMMMMNNNNEY" before he smacked into a car that pulled out without looking at 35-40 mph?

Hoping everyone is okay so I don't feel guilty laughing at the circumstances.

It was around 815 AM I would guess.

It looked as though a car pulled out in front of him right after the yell. The car that got hit got carried a pretty far distance
