If you find an easy way, let me know. I usually have to go through dozens of batches of failed yeast to get one that doesn't die or inadequately activate.

There's a lot of ways to warm it up, assuming you aren't using tap water. Some are just better than others.It's a given that your hot water will cool - just maybe not as quickly as you'd like it to.]
