After 3-4 strong pints works best for me.I had a sleepy study done on me 2 weeks ago. Took me 141 minutes to fall asleep, I slept for about 350 minutes, I stopped breathing 22 times over the course of the night and I woke up (subconsciously) around 16 times per hour.FML
