Most fried seafood restaurants around the coast get their shrimp from china anyways (I don't know how true this is, but suspect most of it isn't local shrimp)

we caught a bunch of juvenile flounder at Cape Lookout like two weekends ago - tossed 'em all back because they weren't big enough AND this year's limit is 0
