The tickets were free, but i guess they only had a certain number of volunteer slots available. Would be cool way to meet ncsu people here in n texas...thinking about going anyway. I sent a message on contact us page about it. Now ^ got me thinking though

I used to go to some Wolfpack meetups at sports bars in Charlotte to watch football or basketball games in the early 2000s. It's kind of fun and they have giveaways for shirts, hats, etc. But yeah, they want you to donate. But Charlotte is close enough to Raleigh where it's not a huge deal. Could be cool to be in Texas and meet some fellow Wolfpack.

Yeah my parents got an authentic (idk if it's game used but it's definitely a real team jersey and not an "authenic" fan jersey) scooter sherrill jersey autographed by the entire 03-04 team from some event. I think it may have been a Wolfpack Club area meeting rather than an alumni association thing but still it's pretty cool. That jersey is fuckin huge though because early 00s.

Did a little more googling, and apparently fb and ncsu page are 2 main contact things. I just got text today and said to register by 11th, so kind of surprised it was sold out...the thing I saw on facebook was from like march 26 or so. So not as strange that they are already sold out. However, who puts a quota on people volunteering

On dfw alumni page says rangers game against mariners on june 28 is ncsu alumni night. Fucking lame, visiting NC that day

Truthfully, I WAS thinking of a framed jersey which typically looks extra huge because half of the material that would form the side dimensions while wearing it now appears on the front when you don't have a body with depth inside it. It's just geometry. Not trying to argue.

I remember going to the Big Event at Reynolds and watching NC State beat UNC where they hit went 100% from the free throw line during the game and ended with a rare Scooter Sherrill dunk (uncontested). I have a crappy quality video of it somewhere.
