But Texas has the best beef brisket in the world! Sir, that's one type of meat. Seems pretty one dimensional to me.
But, but, St. Louis has the best ribs in the world. Again, you are showing that you are one dimensional.

Barbecue is a noun referring specifically to finely chopped smoked pork with vinegar.

Even as a temporary resident of South Carolina, I would not defend mustard sauce. It's perfectly edible, but why am I going to dilute my vinegar?
