ChaCha (242242) is the same thing but free. I guide for them.

Although I will say, I have been frustrated with them from a customer standpoint lately. Basically, if you text them a question and they can't find the answer, they come back and say "You are temporarily out of questions"

It used to be awesome, but since they started with the question limits it has started to suck. I mean, I will go months without asking a question, the I text a question and get the "you are t out of q's". But I have noticed it is only when i ask questions with difficult to find answers, so I am sure that's how they handle the "Customer Clarification" texts these days.
